Harmonised classification proposals

CLH-CLP.jpgOn the ECHA website, the following substances have been listed as harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) proposals:

  • azamethiphos (ISO); S-[(6-chloro-2-oxooxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-3(2H)-yl)methyl] O,O-dimethyl thiophosphate (EC 252-626-0; CAS 35575-96-3)
  • phenyl bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phosphine oxide (EC 423-340-5; CAS 138261-41-3)
  • esfenvalerate (ISO); (αS)-α-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl (2S)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-methylbutyrate (CAS 66230-04-4)
  • diisooctyl phthalate (EC 248-523-5; CAS 27554-26-3)
  • sodium metaborate, anhydrous (EC 231-891-6; CAS 7775-19-1)
  • MCPA-Thioethyl (EC 246-831-4; CAS 25319-90-8) mecetronium etilsulfate; N-ethyl-N,N-dimethylhexadecan-1-aminium ethyl sulfate; Mecetronium ethyl sulphate [MES] (EC 221-106-5; CAS 3006-106-5)

Harmonised classification: intentions of proposal

On the ECHA website, the following substances have been listed as intentions to submit harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) proposals because a dossier has been provided:
  • 2-phenylhexanenitrile (EC 423-460-8; CAS 3508-98-3)
  • glyphosate (ISO); N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine (213-997-4; 1071-83-6)
  • halosulfuron-methyl (ISO); methyl 3-chloro-5-{[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)carbamoyl]sulfamoyl}-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (CAS 100784-20-1)

Harmonised classification: what companies can do

Harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) proposals and intentions allow companies, interested in one or more proposed substances, to comment such classification. Those interested in such substances and who have available data of interest may contact ECHA to communicate such info.
