Two rulings update the Vietnamese implementation of the GHS

Details regarding SDS creation for Turkey

What is the Regulatory situation in Turkey regarding SDSs?

Turkey follows the SEA Regulation, which is aligned with CLP (1272/2008 EC) and fully entered into force on 1st June 2016. This Regulation is currently available in Turkish only.
Similar to the EU CLP regulation, this regulation requires manufacturers and importers to notify the classification and labelling of hazardous substances and mixtures to the Turkish Classification and Labelling Inventory (C&L Notification).

Trem Manager and the CLP calculation

Since June 1st 2015, the CLP Regulation has been mandatory for mixtures as well as for substances.
All our users who have an active version of our ADR calculation software, the “Trem Manager”, should remember to set it so that it takes into consideration the CLP classification instead of the CE classification.
